Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects - Issues with printing quality, misaligned prints, or production errors
- Damaged items - Products damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received - If you receive a different item than what you ordered
- Sizing issues - If the item's measurements differ significantly from our size guide
- Change of mind - Items you no longer want (must be unworn with tags attached)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New and unworn - Items must be in original, unused condition
- Unwashed - Items cannot have been laundered
- With original tags - All original tags must still be attached
- Returned within 30 days - From the date of delivery
Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at our contact page or email support@vibeshirt.com
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the reason for return
- Include clear photos if reporting a defect or damage
- Wait for approval - Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide a return authorization
Return Shipping
Return Method: By mail
Return Label: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exception: For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Restocking fees: No restocking fees are charged
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges! If you'd prefer a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
- We'll produce and ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly
- For defective items, exchanges are shipped at no additional cost
Store Credit
As an alternative to a refund, we offer store credit that:
- Never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Is issued instantly upon return approval
