Your satisfaction is our priority. Because each item is custom-made to order, our return policy differs from traditional retail. Please read carefully.

What We Accept Returns For

We gladly accept returns or provide replacements for:

  • Manufacturing defects - Issues with printing quality, misaligned prints, or production errors
  • Damaged items - Products damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item received - If you receive a different item than what you ordered
  • Sizing issues - If the item's measurements differ significantly from our size guide

What We Cannot Accept Returns For

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check our Size Guide)
  • Color variations due to monitor display differences
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Include clear photos showing the defect or damage
  4. Wait for approval - Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we'll produce and ship a replacement item at no additional cost for qualifying issues.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
