VibeShirt Creator Terms

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to receive PayPal payments in your country. One payout account per person. Accounts used to get around these terms may be closed.

You earn a share of each sale of a product that uses your published design, at the rate for your creator tier shown on the Earnings page. Rates and tiers can change; changes apply to sales made after the change is posted.

You do not earn on purchases of your own designs. Sales that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent do not earn, and earnings already credited for them may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

• New earnings stay pending for 14 days to allow for returns and refunds, then become confirmed.
• On the 15th of each month we pay confirmed earnings from previous calendar months. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment may be sent the next business day.
• The minimum payout is $25.00 USD. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• Payouts are sent in USD by PayPal to the email in your Account Settings. You are responsible for keeping it correct. PayPal may charge fees or currency conversion on its side.
• We may hold a payout while we verify your identity or tax information, investigate suspected fraud or a violation of these terms, or if your PayPal account cannot receive payments. If a payment cannot be delivered, the balance stays in your account until it can be.

You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. When required by law, we will ask for a W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (non-US persons) and may issue tax forms such as a 1099. Payouts may be held until we receive a requested form. Your legal name and country are used for these purposes only.

You keep ownership of the designs you create. By publishing a design, you give VibeShirt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, print, display, and promote it on products and in marketing for as long as it is published, and to fulfill orders placed before you remove it.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything in your designs, including text, images, logos, and likenesses, and that your designs do not infringe anyone else's rights. Designs created with AI tools, including through the API or an AI agent, are your responsibility the same as any other design.

You may not publish content that infringes trademarks or copyrights, uses a real person's likeness without permission, is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal. We may remove designs and products at any time, and earnings from infringing or prohibited designs may be withheld or reversed.

To report a design that infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page with details of the work and the listing.

Anything done with your API key or a connected AI agent counts as done by you, including designs it publishes and products it creates. Keep your keys private and revoke any you no longer use in Account Settings. API keys and agents cannot change your payout details.

You can stop selling at any time by unpublishing your designs or closing your store. We may suspend or end your creator access for violations of these terms. Confirmed earnings above the minimum that are not subject to a hold will still be paid after your account is closed.

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will post the new version here with a new version date, and you will need to accept it before your next payout.

VibeShirt is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the earnings paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim.
